Life Moves Pretty Fast...
SOLD OUT!
Let's take over a bustling theater rehearsal hall.
Inside, together with 50+ of your new best friends, we’ll spend the day doing all the things—rehearsing the brave learning tactics you want to use effortlessly with your kids, while dosing up on some awesome adulting for you!
This is a day of practices not theory
In Brave Writer fashion, expect enchantments to abound. We’ll indulge in
- nature journaling
- freewriting
- art appreciation
- improv (brand new!)
- copywork
- dictation practices
- narrating and conversing
- parenting tricks
- enchanting education
- and more!
By the end of the day, you’ll be certified (and confident) in the Brave Writer way.
We're also going to enjoy theater and art together!
This is a weekend for both professional development and awesome adulting. We’re keeping it small so it will be intimate (only 55 of us). Can’t wait to see who comes! We’ll have the best time!
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

An evening to remember:
"Twelfth Night" at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company
After that hardworking, totally fun day, you’ll roam freely to find a great dinner spot in Over the Rhine (Cincinnati’s hip dining quarter)—walking distance from the theater.
Return by 7:15 PM for an evening of high entertainment and awesome adulting!
We'll attend the live stage production of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” in the very theater where we spent the day!
Psst: this is the same Shakespeare company that taught my kids back when they were homeschooled. Phenomenal resident company.
Optional and wonderful:
