I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, but my writing was forged in the cold of Ithaca, New York, where I got my Bachelor's in Television and Digital Media Production and History from Ithaca College. I'm currently working on my Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University. While I don't live upstate anymore, a part of my heart will always belong there.
I've loved reading ever since I was a kid. I often stayed up til incredibly odd hours simply because I couldn't put a book down. I love words and the amazing worlds they allow me to visit. Once I graduated college, I decided I wanted to create words that would inspire others the way I had been inspired! I write tabletop roleplaying games, and I'm working on my debut fantasy novel if I can ever finish the draft. I love helping others craft their stories, and I'm so excited to help kids fall in love with the magic of words.
When I'm not writing or neck-deep in a library project, I can usually be found playing video games, watching my favorite films, teaching people to play Mahjong so I have someone to play it with, or watching Formula One (go McLaren!). I'm so excited to engage with young writers about their passions, and open new doors to new ways of thinking!
